- to amend the title to be read as follows:
“RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY
MAYOR HERBERT M. BAUTISTA TO ENTER INTO A
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) WITH THE
MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF RODRIGUEZ RIZAL,
REPRESENTED BY ITS HONORABLE MAYOR CECILIO C.
HERNANDEZ FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND
OPERATION OF QUEZON CITY – RODRIGUEZ MUSLIM
BURIAL GROUND LOCATED AT SITIO MAISLAP,
BARANGAY SAN ISIDRO, RODRIGUEZ, RIZAL.”
the dispositive portion shall jibe and conform with the title;
- to include Councilors Alfredo D. Vargas III, Ranulfo Z.
Ludovica and Raquel S. Malañgen as Principal Introducers.

GOVERNMENT TO ACQUIRE THE HOUSE AND LOT OF
PRESIDENT MANUEL L. QUEZON LOCATED AT GILMORE
AVENUE, BARANGAY MARIANA, AND FOR THE NATIONAL
HISTORICAL COMMISSION OF THE PHILIPPINES (NHCP) TO
DECLARE THE SAME AS HERITAGE SITE IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE NATIONAL CULTURAL HERITAGE ACT OF 2009.
