This policy should not be construed as contractual in any way. It represents the <strong>County</strong>’s current<br />
guidelines in dealing with a developing problem under evolving laws and facts. The <strong>County</strong><br />
reserves the right to alter, amend, or supplement the terms and conditions of its <strong>Drug</strong>-<strong>Free</strong><br />
Workplace <strong>Policy</strong> to accommodate changes in state and federal regulations, insurance<br />
requirements, testing technologies, or circumstances which impact <strong>County</strong> practices and policies<br />
or industry standards.<br />
