Communications (Post) and Telegraphs.<br />

The cover received an Iloilo<br />

DSI arrival mark ofFebruary 28,1899,<br />

and was recently sold at the Philstamps<br />

auction in June <strong>1997</strong> (Lot 428A).<br />
