In addition to the Perspective Technology Office within the Company, there are also<br />
designated research and development engineers in each business unit. As of the<br />
end of <strong>2010</strong>, total research and development engineers reached 2,545, among<br />
which 98.3% are with university degree. The leading research and development<br />
engineers in each product development have more than 15 years of experience in<br />
the relevant fields.<br />
