everal new climate change educational resources
have been developed by Environment Canada
and other groups to bring climate change to your
piace of learning. The resources have been designed to
help educators and leaders inform youth about climate
change, its causes and impacts, and the role we all can
play in slowing its onset. Both elementary and
secondary level resources are available, in the form of
tested teaching kits, factsheets and background reference
material. Most of the resources are available over the
Internet and all resources are available in both official
languages. Call us today to find out about our resources
and how you can help get youth involved in
climate change.
environmental challenges for the coming
years is climate change. It is particularly difficult to address
because its impacts and solutions cross borders and generations. These
new educational resources can help all of us
engage youth in finding ways to reduce our greenhouse gas
emissions. Our climate is changing and we all need to work
together if we are going to address this global issue.
