• By 2012, local biomass supply potential is
expected to reach 323.1 MMBFOE (equivalent to
26 years), giving the Phil the 3 rd largest biomass
capacity in the world.
• Based on geographical consideration:
– Bagasse in Regions III, IV, VI and VII.
– Coconut in Regions IV, VIII, IX & XI
– Ricehull in Regions II, III, IV and VI.
