ELEMENTS OF CRIME To forcibly, secretly, or by threat, confine, abduct or imprison another person against their will and without lawful authority with the intent to either hold for ransom, shield or hostage, commit or facilitate a felony, inflict bodily harm upon or terrorize the victim or another person, or interfere with a governmental or political function.
