hectares (3,812 acres) including conservation leases. The farm has undergone major redevelopment
in recent years, increasing the grazeable area on the river flats and river frontages to approximately
450ha effective. With high rainfall and free draining soils, it would make a wonderful dairy conversion
and the vendors estimate the farm could sustain 1,000+ cows, producing 350,000kgMS per annum.
The property is currently grazing beef cattle and has wintered up to 3,000 dairy cows.
