PART TIME SECRETARY
The Town of Hollis is seeking a part time
secretary for the Planning Board.
Responsibilities include:
Attending all Planning Board meetings
and hearings;
Taking and keeping minutes of all
Planning Board proceedings;
Sending notices of public hearings;
Maintaining the Planning Board’s records;
and,
Chairperson may specify.
Requirements include computer skills with
taking notes and producing accurate minutes,
and the ability to work well with the public. The
Planning Board currently meets on the 2 nd and
the 4 th Wednesday of the month at 7 PM. The
position will be approximately 10 to 20 hours
per month at a pay rate of $15.00 per hour.

Request for Bids
The Town of Shapleigh is seeking now accepting
bids for additional work needed at the
Shapleigh Commons
The Selectmen are looking for a bid price to
perform the following task:
Edging along the walkway path. Duties
include by not limited to peeling back the
grass and cutting grass back to allow
space to read the memorial markers.
Plastic edging to be used. Supplies that
may be needed: grass seed, fertilizer,
loam, hay, spikes and plastic edging.
Bids must be submitted no later than: Tuesday,
April 16, 2013. Mail bids to: Board of Selectmen,
PO Box 26, Shapleigh, Me 04076. Please mark on
envelope Commons Bid. Bids must be received no
later than 4:00 pm on Tuesday, April 16, 2013.
