International Orders<br />

International orders must be paid in U.S. funds (credit<br />

card, cashier’s check or money order). Exchange rates<br />

are automatically calculated on credit card orders. Credit<br />

card payments require the cardholder’s "billing address,"<br />

shipping address, phone and fax numbers, card number<br />

and expiration date and the credit card issuing bank<br />

name and phone number for authorization purposes.<br />

Complete address verification is necessary before orders<br />

will be shipped. Customer is responsible for all duties<br />

and handling charges are the responsibility of the<br />

Return Policy<br />

We strive to please our customers. If you are not<br />

satisfied with a product that you have purchased from<br />

Fisherman’s <strong>Outfitter</strong>, simply return it to us within two<br />

weeks of our ship date in its original packaging. Custom<br />

orders are exempt from return. All returns must have an<br />

authorization code, so please call in all returns before<br />

shipping back to Fisherman’s <strong>Outfitter</strong>. Unpacked items<br />

may not be used before return. While a credit or refund<br />

will be given for the value of the returned product, we do<br />

not reimburse for shipping and handling. Return shipping<br />

is the responsibility of the recipient, not Fisherman’s<br />

<strong>Outfitter</strong>.<br />

Special Products or Custom Orders<br />

We carry many items that are not listed in this catalog.<br />

If you do not see something that interests you, please<br />

call us for availability. All special orders and custom<br />

products require a 50% deposit upon ordering and full<br />

payment before shipping. <strong>The</strong>y will not be accepted for<br />

returns for any reason.<br />

Back Orders<br />

We maintain an extensive inventory. However, in the<br />

event that we are temporarily out of stock, items will be<br />

exempt from your order. If an item is not available within<br />

two to three weeks of your original order date, we will<br />

contact you. Your credit card will not be billed until the<br />

out-of-stock item is shipped.<br />

Liability<br />

Damage or injury resulting from the use of any item<br />

featured in this catalog is not the responsibility of<br />

Fisherman’s <strong>Outfitter</strong>. We assume no liability for<br />

products supplied by this <strong>com</strong>pany and customer use<br />
