Applications are invited in the prescribed form for the following posts on or before 21/06/2013 with attested
copies of necessary documents. Applications should reach to the University Office on or before 21/06/2013.
Application form can be downloaded from University Website http://sndt.ac.in from _06/06/2013 onwards as
well as at the Accounts Section of the University at Churchagte, Mumbai -20. The cost of application form
for Open category posts is Rs.200/ - and the reserve category post is Rs.100/- can be paid in cash at the
University office or can be paid in the form of demand draft of any Nationalised Bank drawn in favour of
Registrar,SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai – 20 and payable at Mumbai. The respective form fee is to be
paid for the downloaded applications also.

Educational Qualification and Experience
i) Who is not less than 30 years of age and unless already in the service
of the Universities or affiliated colleges, not more than 40 years of age.
ii) B. Com. / M. Com of any statutory University with specialization in
Accountancy and Auditing.
iii) Who has administrative experience of not less than five years in a
similar capacity.
iv) Knowledge of accounts software is essential.
v) Proficiency in Marathi & English Languages
vi) Knowledge of Computer is essential.
i) Good academic record with at least 55% marks or an equivalent
grade at Master’s
Degree level in the subjects preferably with
specialization in Social Science / Education / Social Work.
ii) Either a research degree of the Doctorate standard or an outstanding
competence assessed from the review of published research carried out
(This condition is relaxable at the discretion of the authorities on the
recommendation of the selection committee.)
iii) Experience of the least 5 years of teaching at University or college
level and / or training and experience e in the field of students services
or student welfare work and National Service Scheme (N.S.S.) /
N.C.C. or others activities pertaining to students extra curricular
activities etc.
iv) Experience in counseling, Vocational Guidance, Student Placement,
Adult Literacy Work, Administration of Student Hostels & Cooperative
Store Conducting Workshops and Seminars, Planning
Leadership Camp, Student Tours, Medical Check up, Fund Collection,
Elocution Competition etc. carry weightage.
v) Not less than 30 years of age and unless already in the service of the
Universities or affiliated colleges, not more than 40 years of age.
vi) Proficiency in Marathi and English languages.
vii) Knowledge of Computer is essential.
