Although ICNU does not plan on cross examining other witnesses, ICNU reserves<br />
the right to ask questions <strong>of</strong> other PacifiCorp or Staff witnesses, if the above-referenced<br />
witnesses are unable to fully answer any questions or refer the questions to other witnesses. In<br />
addition, ICNU reserves the right to conduct cross examination <strong>of</strong> other PacifiCorp witnesses, as<br />
ICNU has not completed its review <strong>and</strong> discovery regarding the Company’s approximately two<br />
hundred pages <strong>of</strong> sursurrebuttal testimony. Finally, counsel for ICNU <strong>and</strong> PacifiCorp have<br />
discussed witnesses’ availability, <strong>and</strong> have agreed that it would be appropriate to cross examine<br />
Mr. Gorman on Wednesday, July 20, 2005, <strong>and</strong> Mr. Falkenberg should be cross examined on<br />
Thursday, July 21, 2005.<br />
