How does the HCEC evaluate candidates The strength and authority of the HCEC Letter correlates with the extent of your academic, extracurricular and life experience. We evaluate through the date that you submit your online registration. Events taking place in the late spring and summer that you apply are usually not included in the HCEC Letter.
