We take pleasure in submitting this final report in accordance with the terms <strong>of</strong> reference established for this study.<br />
This assignment has brought <strong>to</strong>gether in<strong>to</strong> one document a wide variety <strong>of</strong> alternative measures which can be<br />
implemented in an effort <strong>to</strong> reduce the contamination <strong>of</strong> surface water from non-point sources. Since new or<br />
modified remedial measures are continuing <strong>to</strong> be developed, the report has been bound in a 3-ring style binder in<br />
order that new pages can easily be added by copy holders.<br />
We trust you will find the comments made during our technical review meetings and upon the draft final report<br />
incorporated <strong>to</strong> your satisfaction, and the report in general conformance <strong>to</strong> your expectations.<br />
