Note: In order to take care of the shortfall in the formation of the original panel<br />
the number of candidates being called for document verification is 20% more<br />
than the actual number of vacancies (wherever such number of candidates are<br />
available and, therefore it is made clear that merely calling a candidate for<br />
document verification does not in any way entitle him/her to an appointment in<br />
the <strong>Railway</strong>s<br />
The candidates are directed to report for the above said verification from<br />
19/12/2011 onwards as per schedule given above in RRC’s Office, P.D’Mello<br />
Road, Wadibunder, Mumbai – 400010.<br />
The candidates are being individually intimated. This RRC will not be<br />
responsible for any postal delay, wrong delivery or loss in transit if any.<br />
In case, if any candidate does not receive the call letter, he/she can still attend<br />
the office as per above programme along with the original documents asked for.<br />
The candidates are required to bring all their original mark sheets and School<br />
Leaving Certificate/Certificates of Matriculation and other relevant certificates as<br />
per notification.<br />
The candidates belonging to SC/ST and OBC should bring their original Caste<br />
Certificate in prescribed format. In case of OBC candidates the Caste<br />
Certificates should have clause of non-creamy layer.<br />
The candidates should also bring their original call letter of written examination<br />
along with the call letter of verification. The candidate should also bring with<br />
them attested copies of all necessary certificates and one passport size<br />
photograph. Any candidate coming for the verification without complete<br />
documents will not be entertained.<br />
While every care has been taken in preparing the result, the <strong>Railway</strong> Recruitment<br />
Cell reserves the right to rectify errors and commissions if any.<br />

Please beware of the unscrupulous elements who may misguide the<br />
candidates with false promises of getting them selected for the job, on<br />
illegal consideration. The recruitment process in the RRC exams is fully<br />
computerized and the selection is based purely on the merit of the<br />
candidates. If you come across any such person, please do inform us with<br />
all possible details, so that we can take appropriate and necessary action<br />
in this regard.<br />
