Tobogganing Experience Radstadt<br />

Radstadt and the region have a great attraction in winter.<br />
The 6 km long, illuminated tobogganing run offers the craziest<br />
sledging experience you could possibly imagine.<br />
It’s also the longest illuminated tobogganing run in the Salzburg<br />
Sports World and the only one to have direct cable car access.<br />
Toboggans are available for hire at the Achter Königslehenbahn<br />
valley terminal in Radstadt. You then take the cable car up to the<br />
start at 1,557 m above sea level and before you know it you’re off<br />
and away on the state-off-the-art tobogganing run with a width<br />
of 5-6 m and superb lighting – for great nighttime rides.<br />
When you’ve sledged your way down to the finish you’ll have<br />
covered an altitude difference of 727 m from top to bottom and<br />
be raring to go back uphill for the next ride. During the day you<br />
can do this at no extra cost: tobogganing lift rides are already<br />
included in the price of day passes or the one-week ski pass on<br />
the Kemahdhöhe (there’s an extra charge for nighttime rides)!<br />
Afterwards, you can finish off this fantastic experience by enjoying<br />
the charming atmosphere at a rustic ski hut on the mountain<br />
or at an atmospheric inn down in the valley.<br />
