: The Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital is a private general hospital established
in 1922 in Happy Valley. It is one of the most famous hospitals,
renowned for its high quality hospital services and comfortable accommodation
for patients. The hospital has more than 400 beds and various
room types and facilities. The existing Phase 1 & 2 comprises 3 blocks
with a total floor area of over 30,000 m² and the Phase 3 development is
the additional 20 floors (18/F – 38/F) built on top of Phase 1 main block
building.

: The Tang Shui Kin Hospital is located next to Ruttonjee Hospital in
Wanchai and was undergone remodeling in 2002 into a Community
Ambulatory Care Centre. The existing building comprises 2 blocks with
a total of 10 storeys. The remodeling works retained only the 36 years
old building structure and involved complete refurbishment of the whole
building with contemporary architectural design and new facilities to
accommodate the latest medical equipment for the centre.

is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and is engineered to meet the
stringent industry standards.
