Fees include participation at all sessions and reception(s), first day lunch & all

REGISTRATION EVENT CONDITIONS:
• All registrations must be made online or on the prescribed form, with payment
enclosed (credit card or company check).
• The organizers reserve the right to refuse the registration of any individual or
company.
• The organizers reserve the right to impose conditions of entry for walk-in
delegates, including refusal of entry.
• The registrant acknowledges that photographs taken at the conference, which
may include their image, may be used in future promotional material.
• Registrants’ contact information may be provided to other registrants, sponsors,
speakers or conference partners.
PAYMENTS:
All payments are to be made by credit card or check made payable to Argus
Media, Inc. and must be accompanied by a completed registration form.
CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION:
• Paid cancellations notified by December 23, 2008, will be given a 50% refund
and one set of the conference documentation (after the event).
• No refund will be given for cancellations posted after December 23, 2008. Substitutions
