Smoking Cessation Program<br />

Get the help you need with <strong>Marshall</strong>’s<br />

Smoking Cessation Program, based on<br />

American Lung Association curriculum.<br />

Scholarships are available through a generous<br />

classes. No income qualification necessary.<br />

Childbirth Education:<br />

6-Week Series<br />

This class provides information on labor,<br />

delivery and postpartum.<br />

Fee: $100 7-9 p.m.<br />

1-Day Intensive<br />

A custom-designed childbirth class for<br />

those who do not have the time for the<br />

traditional 6-week class format.<br />

The Breastfeeding Experience<br />

Diabetes Education<br />

Living Healthy with Diabetes:<br />

Easy as 1-2-3<br />

We offer a three-part class series on diabetes<br />

and nutrition, with excellent information<br />

for those recently diagnosed with diabetes<br />

or those needing a review. Diabetes Education<br />

is covered by most insurance plans.<br />

Healthy Living Class #1<br />

Topics include: what diabetes is; how to<br />

manage high and low blood glucose levels;<br />

how to use your meter; meal planning<br />

basics.<br />

Additional classes & services from Cardiac Services and<br />

our Education Department, including CPR, are also available.<br />
