The inner city of <strong>Shanghai</strong> is exploding in<br />
density. Overpopulated and suffering from<br />
heavy congestion the city center must be<br />
dedensified. In other words the curve needs<br />
to be flattened.<br />
NEW SUBCITY<br />
We propose to creating a subcity to<br />
<strong>Shanghai</strong>. To move a bit of urbanity<br />
into a rural area, relieving the core and<br />
urbanizing the periphery.<br />
