The central disc orifice area thickness (t) varies with orifice diameter and substrate material and ranges from 0.05mm to .15mm. Note: The standard drilled orifices are optically measured holes only and are not guaranteed to meet a specified flow rate. APPLICATIONS Standard Drilled Gaskets can be used in critical flow, pressure reduction, and particle separation, injection mixing, vacuum and microdecay. These economical units have a pre-fit design, allowing quick changes to suit the needs of your application.
