Welcome to the Kohia Terrace School Exhibition & Sale of Contemporary Art Nurturing our ‘Human Spirit’ is one of the four cornerstones here at Kohia Terrace School. The visual arts play an important part in the development of this cornerstone. So it is exciting to be providing you with an opportunity to nurture your own ‘Human Spirit’ through the appreciation of some very impressive, well known and emerging New Zealand artists. This is our eighth Exhibition and Sale of Contemporary Art and we are very proud of this, our flagship fundraising event. The school will be using the funds raised this year to support not just learning, but the building of a new classroom. Having seen a peek of some of the work that will be exhibited, and hearing of the plans for the class art collaborative pieces, you are in for another fine event in 2012.
