Dear Friend,
Please contribute to our Sponsor-a-Family program
this Christmas to once again provide toys to more
than 5,500 children and a Christmas meal for more
than 2,000 families in need.
Christmas will be Special with Your Help
Your generosity would be greatly appreciated on
this occasion; the rewards are lasting for those who
receive and those who give. By giving a food or toy
donation to the Sponsor-a-Family fund or by volunteering
during the event in mid-December, you can
help make Christmas special for the many families
who would otherwise go without.
We provide a festive holiday meal for underprivileged
families to enjoy in their own homes. Children
under sixteen are given new, age appropriate toys.
Homeless individuals are supplied with new, warm
gloves, hats and socks.
Giving is Good!
For those who have been part of this St. John’s
Bread & Life tradition for the past 1 4 years, you
are aware of how truly heartwarming it is to see the
children and parents delighted to have toys and a
meal to share together.
