REUNION ON-THE-AIR<br />

2004 Rules<br />

1. Eligibility: All members of <strong>PVRC</strong> worldwide (Once a member, always a member!)<br />

2. Object: To contact as many other <strong>PVRC</strong> members around the world as possible, using 7 bands as follows: CW: 80, 40,<br />

20, 15, 10 meters and SSB:20, 10 meters<br />

3. Date: Always the first weekend in June. The 2003 reunion will be June 7, 8, and 9.<br />

4. Suggested Frequencies: CW: 3547, 7047, 14047, 21047, & 28047 kHz. Phone: 14247 (14250 alternate) & 28447 kHz.<br />

5. Three contest periods: June 5: 1400Z - 1800Z, June 6: 0000Z - 0500Z and 2200z - 0300Z (June 7).<br />

6. Contest exchange: Serial number, your call, QTH, your call when first joining <strong>PVRC</strong>, and year joined <strong>PVRC</strong>. Example:<br />

NR73 W6XYZ CA W3XYZ 60<br />

7. Valid contact: Completed two-way QSOs on any of the 7 bands listed above . No crossband or crossmode QSOs.<br />

8. QSO points: Two points for each completed QSO.<br />

9. Multipliers: Total multiplier is the sum of all states, DC, Canadian provinces, and DXCC countries worked. (AK and<br />

HI count as a state or a country, not both.) Each multiplier may be counted once, not once per band. Maritime mobile<br />

contacts count only for QSO points; not a multiplier. If the club call W3GRF is active and sends a state of "<strong>PVRC</strong>" then<br />

"<strong>PVRC</strong>" is an additional multiplier.<br />

10. Reunion call: CQ <strong>PVRC</strong><br />

Please send your final score (Call, Q's, Mult, Score) within 30 days to the Secretary, Bob Dannals, W2GG, rfd@jhu.edu<br />

or by USPS to 9 Elizabeth CT, Sparks, MD 21152 . No log is required. The roster is set up to use as a check-off sheet.<br />
