bank statements and other financial details (such as overdraft facility agreements or
credit card statements) that show the licence holder has access to the required
financial facilities and funds. These details are to be provided by 30th September

New Undertaking:
1. All arrangements to act as Transport Manager for any operator must be
clearly set out in writing and signed by both parties, specifying exactly what is to be
expected and the rate to be paid.
2. The Transport Manager will utilise a weekly check sheet to ensure each
operator has complied with the systems.
3. The Transport Manager shall ensure regular audits of the systems are
completed to ensure the way drivers are performing their walk round checks are
satisfactory and/or any fitters whether internal or external are capable of the job.
4. The Transport Manager will produce written reports for the operator.
5. The Transport Manager will ensure all changes are notified to the Traffic
Commissioner in a timely fashion and within the timescales set out.

6. The Transport Manager will keep a record which must be produced to the
Office of the Traffic Commissioner or VOSA on request of all visits to operators,
the systems checked and copies of reports.
