The 30-day period is <strong>the</strong> time in <strong>the</strong> notice for <strong>the</strong> corrective action of<br />

common open space maintenance. The 14 days is <strong>the</strong> date of a hearing on<br />

such deficiencies, counted from <strong>the</strong> date of <strong>the</strong> notice.<br />
