Terms and Conditions
Arrivals
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment
time, this allows time to complete any client
questionnaire and to allow yourself time to relax
before our therapist begins your treatment.
Treatment Record Cards
Consultation cards will be required for all
treatments carried out at Waves Health Club.
These will include some personal and medical
questions necessary to ensure that the treatments
are suitable for your requirements. All information
is held securely and in the strictest confidence.
Booking Policy
To secure bookings of treatments, debit or credit
card details must be provided at the time of
booking. A fee of 100% of the treatment price
will be taken at the time of booking. These are
refundable if the treatment is cancelled more
than 48 hours in advance.
Late Arrivals or Missed Appointments
If you are unable to make your appointment
on time, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will always try to be as flexible as possible
and will endeavour to carry out a full treatment
if available or reschedule. If an appointment is
missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice
your deposit will be taken as a cancellation fee.
Courses and Vouchers
All courses and voucher payments are to be
paid for at time of booking or purchase. Courses
are non-refundable and must be taken within 12
months. Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months
from the date of issue.
Treatment Duration
All treatment times are a guide only and include
client preparation.
