ROSECRANCE WARE CENTER<br />
The Ware Center <strong>of</strong>fers full-service<br />
outpatient services for adult mental<br />
health clients. The third floor <strong>of</strong> Ware<br />
Center features <strong>the</strong> Recovery Resource<br />
Center, which provides assistance to<br />
those in need and <strong>the</strong> opportunity for<br />
peer support, mentoring and community<br />
volunteerism.<br />
ROSECRANCE BELVIDERE CLINIC<br />
<strong>Rosecrance</strong> Belvidere Clinic is a<br />
full-service outpatient mental health<br />
clinic serving individuals in <strong>the</strong> greater<br />
Boone County area. <strong>Rosecrance</strong><br />
Belvidere Clinic provides mental<br />
health screenings, case management,<br />
psychiatry, individual and group<br />
<strong>the</strong>rapy and psycho-social rehabilitation<br />
services.<br />
The Recovery Resource Center in <strong>the</strong> Ware<br />
Center provides peer support, mentoring and<br />
community volunteerism for those in need.<br />
ACCESS CENTER/EMERGENCY SERVICES<br />
The Access Center serves as <strong>the</strong> entry<br />
point for adults seeking mental health<br />
services. Services include residential<br />
housing, a 24/7 lifeline, transitional<br />
assistance from homelessness, forensic<br />
services, integrated dual-disorder<br />
treatment and more.<br />
COMMUNITY RECOVERY, INTEGRATION<br />
AND SUPPORT (CRIS) SERVICES<br />
These programs help adults with serious,<br />
persistent mental illness integrate into <strong>the</strong><br />
community. Services include integrated<br />
living arrangements, dialetical behavior<br />
<strong>the</strong>rapy, supported employment and more.<br />
