Plastic pales – PILPLAST®
Plastic fences are intended particularly for all customers
requiring maintenance-free fence. The advantage of the
fence elements and components is not only in their shape
and color stability, but also resistance to UV radiation.
The fence profiles are provided with the same foil as used on
plastic windows, which neatly supplements the appearance
of your house.
Our offer includes profiles 70 × 22 mm and 100 × 30 mm,
in total lengths of 6 meters. The profiles can be easily cut to
required lengths and provided with cover cap.
The plastic profiles are manufacture by extrusion technology
from resilient PVC with long service life and outstanding
resistance to weathering. The same material is used for
manufacture of extruded profiles for plastic windows.
The fence profiles serve for assembly of light fences, balconies,
railings, pergolas, benches, various walls, barriers and shelters.
The installation of the fence is quite fast and simple, requiring
the minimum space, tools and knowledge of the installers.

HOW LONG DO CONCRETE FENCES LAST?
Concrete fences are manufactured from certified concrete with a constant composition, therefore concrete fencing is resistant to rain,
snow, frost, in short, to all weather conditions. Thanks to their quality processing, concrete fences can last for scores of years.
Because the concrete that goes into the production of concrete fences is made up of entirely natural materials, due to various factors
taking effect in the production or storage of concrete fences (most often weather conditions) there may be fl uctuations in the natural
composition of the concrete or the lime contained in the cement may come to the surface of the concrete fence – effl orescence.
Even with the use of the most advanced chemical additives it is technologically impossible to prevent minor colour differences and
calcareous effl orescence due to the sum of all the negative effects at work. The colour differences and effl orescence may be of varying
intensity, they do not, however, have any effect on the quality and properties of the concrete fence.
With respect to cement base of the products, the effl orescence or deviations of color are not considered to be a product fl aws. Therefore
these cannot be claimed. Due to climatic infl uences and ordinary mechanical load, the color deviations usually equalize and effl orescence
disappear in time.

Sequence of installation works:
Installation to be done under professional surveillance of qualified persons.
1) Delimit the gate/wicket position in terrain
2) Make the trenches for gate pillars and wicket pillar foundations, to the required depth
3) Make the formwork for pillar pedestals
4) Prepare the pedestal reinforcement according to scheme and place it into formwork
5) Locate the gate to level substrate and install it together with pillars; make sure all parts are at the same level
6) Secure the assembled gate against opening using the wooden or similar elements (for example squared logs, boards, sections)
7) Position the assembled part in its installation location in vertical position, then verify the position of all parts and secure them against tilting
and upsetting
8) Support the pillars to ensure their vertical position
9) Make the concreting of pillar pedestals
10) Make the formwork and concreting of auxiliary elements between the pillars; do not forget the fastening elements of gate (flat irons, pipe)
