Preston, who retired in July this year.
Despite difficulties in getting started on site sales at our Fairfield
development in Silver Street, Minety are off to a good start with
4 out of the 11 properties having been sold ‘off plan’. Properties
remaining are 3 and 4 bedroom homes. Further details are

Up and Coming
We now have our work cut out for us with 4
exciting new sites in the pipeline. Next on the
list are seven new homes in the pretty village
of Burton near Castle Combe. To follow on
come sites in Malmesbury, Heystesbury and
Southrop near Lechlade.

Safety first
Ten of the Hills Property staff recently passed
their CSCS Health & Safety tests. These have
to be taken by anyone who regularly visits a
building site. It was heads down for revision
while they tackled such knotty problems as ‘a
ladder should not be painted because…’
