Allocutus: Court: 1 st Accused, what have you or your Counsel to say before sentence is passed on you? 1 st Accused:- Apart from God, my life is in your hand. You may liberate me or condemn me. Defence Counsel: He is a victim of circumstances. A young man caught in naiveness. I urge you temper justice with mercy by imposing minimal sentence as not to eclipse his potentials. Prosecution: No record about his conviction and thank my lord for the judgment. Court: Young lovers should know that It takes majority to appreciate the up and down of a love life. I have taken note of the plea of the convict and his Counsel and noted too that the deceased Amie Bah is gone and will not have another opportunity to evaluate her relation. She deserves justice even in her grave. Consequently the accused will be punished appropriately.
