This is an appeal against the decision of Cadi Court sitting at Banjul<br />

presided by principal Cadi Alh. M.L Kahn involving inheritance of late Sainabou<br />

Jah. The appellant dissatisfied with the decision appealed to the Cadi Appeals<br />

Panel.<br />
