By signing this disclaimer, you agree that Catalyst Faithworks, it’s affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies are ONLY responsible for the original and .JPG Themed Backgrounds
(in full-color, CMYK format) that are to be imported into your particular page layout program by you. We are NOT responsible for the “Complimentary Bonus Layouts” provided
in In-Design and Microsoft Word, and we are NOT responsible for anything created with these files.
We do NOT offer free support for Adobe Photoshop, In-Design, Microsoft Word or any other software program you may choose to use. We can, however offer paid consulting and
support on the use of these software programs at $125 per hour with a half-hour minimum per call. PLEASE NOTE we are not the authority on any of these programs and can
only offer support based on our working knowledge of these programs. For full support, we recommend contacting the software supplier directly.
We also cannot provide any support with any related issues that stem from working with these files or the associated support files and fonts. By opening and working with these
files, you take full responsibility for all layout and printing set-up issues.
We are NOT responsible for the final printed outcome of any pieces that you produce using these Themed Background .JPG files or the In-Design and Microsoft layout files. The
only warranty given or implied is that the files will be in the file format stated hear-in, that the CD will include files for each of the items stated hear-in, that each of these items
will bear the Themed Background that you have selected, and that the CD will be usable in a PC or Macintosh computer. We will, however provide a limited amount of support
with regards to utilization of the CD itself.
You also agree that you are FULLY responsible for any applicable additional cost associated with the printing of the pieces that you produce utilizing the DIY Campaign CD.
Finally you agree that you will pay, in-full, the stated price for the DIY Campaign CD, prior to receiving the CD.
