Intelligent All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) technology<br />
The All-New Sorento features a maximum towing capacity of 2,500kg (transmission dependent) and makes light work of pulling<br />
anything from trailers to caravans, or even a horsebox. The ‘KX-2’ upwards feature self-levelling suspension amongst their<br />
standard specification. This feature means the vehicle height automatically adjusts depending on how many people or how much<br />
luggage has been loaded in order to improve driving stability. This is also used to assist when towing trailers, keeping the vehicle<br />
level despite the additional weight of the trailer/caravan.<br />
Inspired by rugged terrain, the All-New Sorento’s All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) technology is designed to make everyday driving more<br />
comfortable. All-Wheel-Drive means in normal driving conditions, the vehicle remains in standard 2WD mode to boost fuel economy<br />
but faced with more adverse weather conditions, the AWD system anticipates the need for greater traction and automatically<br />
engages. The innovative, continuously active AWD ensures the All-New Sorento maintains excellent traction on rough, loose or<br />
slippery surfaces and helps improve lateral stability when cornering.<br />
