Search f<strong>or</strong> 20 <strong>of</strong> the w<strong>or</strong>ld’s most minute<br />
creatures amongst the foliage on a large, life-like<br />
wall mural. Touch each creature to learn m<strong>or</strong>e<br />
about it.<br />
• Large wall mural with 20 minute, but life-size,<br />
creatures hidden amongst the foliage; a life-size<br />
cutout <strong>of</strong> Mr. Ripley to provide scale<br />
• Each creature is a button that illuminates when<br />
pressed, and also illuminates inf<strong>or</strong>mation about<br />
each animal on the reader rail running the length <strong>of</strong><br />
the mural<br />
• A “cheat” button on the reader rail illuminates all <strong>of</strong><br />
the animals in the mural<br />
• F<strong>or</strong> younger visit<strong>or</strong>s, duplicate animal buttons along<br />
the front <strong>of</strong> the reader rail also illuminate w<strong>or</strong>ds <strong>or</strong><br />
images on the lower part <strong>of</strong> the wall<br />
• Displays <strong>of</strong> microsculptures and miniature art<br />
(f<strong>or</strong> example, paintings on the wings <strong>or</strong> flies, <strong>or</strong><br />
sculptures that can pass through the eye <strong>of</strong> a needle)<br />
with custom-designed magnifying and viewing<br />

Stand in front <strong>of</strong> the massive mural <strong>of</strong> ‘tiny stuff’ and see if you<br />
can find 20 animals under two inches (5 cm) long. Touch each<br />
animal to learn about it. If you cannot find all 20, press the<br />
“cheat” button to illuminate all <strong>of</strong> the animals on the wall.<br />
<strong>The</strong> animals featured include the smallest snake, hummingbird,<br />
primate and lizard. Compare the size <strong>of</strong> the w<strong>or</strong>ld’s smallest<br />
animals to items you have with you, and learn that many are the<br />
size <strong>of</strong> the coins in your pocket – <strong>or</strong> less!<br />
If you’re a small child <strong>or</strong> a disabled person, you can press the<br />
animal buttons along the front <strong>of</strong> the countertop. Small children<br />
can see images appear on the lower part <strong>of</strong> the wall – at just their<br />
height!<br />
Marvel at accompanying displays <strong>of</strong> microscopic paintings and<br />
sculptures!<br />
