Commercial Chocolate Temperer<br />

Hot air melts chocolate and then maintains it at the proper temperature. Stainless<br />

steel melting pan with 13 qt. capacity, 110 volt, 300 watts. Temperature Range:<br />

25˚-60˚ Celsius (77˚-140˚ Fahrenheit). Heat source: electric coil. Made in France.<br />
