GENERAL PARTICIPATION RULES
Entry only on a valid college ID card or college fee receipt with a valid photo ID.
Any kind of obscenity, vulgarity, misbehavior will lead to immediate
disqualification.
Smoking, alcohol or any kind of drug is strictly prohibited.
The decision of the judges will be final and binding for all.
Registration counters will be closed 2 hour before the event.
All event material, clothing or commodities should be collected immediately after
the performance is over. We do not guarantee the safety of the material, clothing
or commodity afterwards.
Only CDs/pen drives will be accepted in the events where music is to be played.
No music player or audio cassettes will be allowed.
The participants are advised to keep a backup copy of their music CDs with
themselves to avoid any case of a technical malfunction.
All sharp objects, batteries, inflammable objects, cameras, lasers, smoke causing
items or animals in any form are strictly not allowed.
Unauthorised personnel shall not be allowed backstage in any case.
Participants need to follow general audience flow once the event gets over.
The timings of all events are liable to change. Any change in schedule shall be
updated beforehand on the web-site and on the registration desk.
