PROPERTIES AND APPLICATION
P.F.A. 11 is used as powder base for aerosoles and fine powders.
P.F.A. 11 is conceived as powder base for aerosoles and as powder base for body-, deodorant-,
intimate- and foot-powder as well as for After-Bath-compounds.
An addition of P.F.A. 11 to loose decorative powders or compact powders improves the „skin
feeling“ of these powder compounds.
P.F.A. 11 has a controlled particle size of up to 11 micron and can therefore guarantee a save
and failure-free function in aerosol compounds.
P.F.A. 11 has a high absorbability for hydrophilic as well as for hydrophobic liquids with perfect
odour-binding and deodorization of sweat.
P.F.A. 11 has good lubricant properties, high fineness and creaminess and gives even loose
decorative powders a satiny grip and a pleasant “skin feeling“.
P.F.A. 11 is not irritating and dermatological harmless to skin, even after long-term application
and does not close or wide the skin pores.
Adequate powder valves or spray heads have to be used for powder aerosol packages. P.F.A.
11 does not block at valve assemblies and ensure their efficient function.
