WELCOME RECEPTION at the <strong>CLCA</strong> State<br />
Convention Nov. 7-10 saw Women’s Auxiliary’s<br />
Wendy Emeterio, Nelson Colvin and Jill Hertzer<br />
laughing it up as they sold raffle tickets for<br />
LEAF Scholarships.<br />
DAY TWO BREAKFAST attendees Beth<br />
Burns, Gordon Larson and Rene Emeterio enjoy<br />
breakfast and each other’s company as they<br />
await the morning keynoter’s address.<br />
KEYNOTER Taryn Voget, who incorporated<br />
“Genius Strategies” into her two back-to-back<br />
morning presentations, is shown with San Diego<br />
<strong>Chapter</strong>’s Mimi Cortes, a frequent contributor to<br />
the discussions.<br />
GATHERING to enter the FX Luminaire plant<br />
as part of a company tour set up for Convention<br />
attendees, is this group of active and inquisitive<br />
<strong>CLCA</strong> members. Conventioneers also toured<br />
Hunter Industries.<br />
LCIS RECEPTION drew several members<br />
and friends the evening of Day Two, including<br />
State President and First Lady Eric and<br />
Noemi Watanabe.<br />
CONVENTION LAUGHS are enjoyed by old<br />
friends John Vorbeck, John Gachina and Charles<br />
Nunley. There is plenty of business that happens<br />
at conventions, but there is lots of fun that takes<br />
place as well.<br />
