(1) "Memorandum <strong>of</strong> Agreement" Requesting Motor Vehicle Records in<br />

volume. Certain entities, as authorized in (2) <strong>of</strong> this subsection, may request summaries<br />

<strong>of</strong> driving records Motor Vehicle Records in bulk volume from <strong>the</strong> Department after by<br />

submitting a completed "Memorandum <strong>of</strong> Agreement" to request in writing to <strong>the</strong><br />

Director <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Records Management Division <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Department <strong>of</strong> Public Safety:<br />

(A) in person at Room 206, 3600 North Martin Lu<strong>the</strong>r King Avenue,<br />

Oklahoma City, or<br />

(B) by mail to P.O. Box 11415, Oklahoma City, OK, 73136-0415.<br />

(2) Authorized entities. The following entities may submit a "Memorandum <strong>of</strong><br />

Agreement" written request to <strong>the</strong> Department for <strong>the</strong> purpose <strong>of</strong> obtaining summaries <strong>of</strong><br />

driving records Motor Vehicle Reports in bulk volume:<br />

(A) courts,<br />

(B) federal, state, and local governmental agencies,<br />

(C) insurance companies for <strong>the</strong> limited purpose <strong>of</strong> determining eligibility for<br />

insurance coverage or underwriting, or<br />

(D) any o<strong>the</strong>r person or entity as authorized by <strong>the</strong> Commissioner or designee.<br />

(3) Fee. An entity requesting driving records in bulk volume shall pay <strong>the</strong> required<br />

fee per request as required by law [47 O.S. § 6-117 (D)] unless o<strong>the</strong>rwise exempted from<br />

<strong>the</strong> fee by <strong>the</strong> Commissioner as authorized by 47 O.S. § 2-110.<br />

Obtaining forms. All forms may be obtained:<br />

(1) in person at <strong>the</strong> Department <strong>of</strong> Public Safety, 3600 N. M.L. King Ave., Oklahoma<br />

City,<br />

(2) by mail from <strong>the</strong> Department <strong>of</strong> Public Safety, P.O. Box 11415, Oklahoma City,<br />

OK, 73136-0415,<br />

(3) by telephone by calling (405) 425-2262, or<br />

(4) from <strong>the</strong> Department’s website at http://www.dps.state.ok.us/ on <strong>the</strong> world wide<br />

web, or.<br />

(5) from any motor license agent.<br />

SUBCHAPTER 17. ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR MOTORCYCLE SAFETY AND<br />

EDUCATION<br />

595:1-17-<strong>1.</strong> Creation <strong>of</strong> Committee<br />

The Advisory Committee for Motorcycle Safety and Education is created in 47 O.S., §<br />

40-122. Membership and duties <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> committee is also prescribed in this law, including <strong>the</strong><br />

duty to advise and assist <strong>the</strong> Commissioner in <strong>the</strong> development, administration and operation <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>the</strong> Motorcycle Safety and Education Program and <strong>the</strong> setting <strong>of</strong> goals, objectives and priorities<br />

for <strong>the</strong> Program [47 O.S., 40-122, D].<br />

595:1-17-2. Motorcycle Safety and Education Program Revolving Fund<br />

(a) Creation, purpose and use. The Motorcycle Safety and Education Program Revolving<br />

Fund is created for <strong>the</strong> Department <strong>of</strong> Public Safety in 47 O.S., § 40-123. The purpose and use<br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> revolving fund is also prescribed in this law, including that all monies accruing to <strong>the</strong><br />
