SFS intec, Inc. warrants that its rivet fasteners will be free of defects in materials and workmanship and that they
conform to applicable specifications. SFS intec’s liability on products found to be defective is exclusively limited
to replacement of defective products or at the option of SFS intec, to refund the purchase price. SFS intec, Inc.
shall never be liable for any consequential damages. This warranty is expressly in lieu of other warranties, express
or implied and whether statutory or otherwise, including any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a
particular purpose.
INSTALLATION TOOLS
GESIPA ® rivet installation tools are covered under a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase from SFS intec,
Inc. Normal wearing parts and/or damage due to improper use are excluded from said warranty. SFS intec, Inc.
shall never be liable for any consequential damages. This warranty is expressly in lieu of other warranties, express
or implied and whether statutory or otherwise, including any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a
particular purpose.
