<strong>Lake</strong> <strong>Barkley</strong> <strong>State</strong> <strong>Resort</strong> <strong>Park</strong> rests on the shores of one<br />
of the world’s largest man-made lakes, over 57,500 acres,<br />
and provides an array of outdoor and indoor activities.<br />
The fitness center features an indoor wellness pool to<br />
enjoy fun and fitness throughout the year.<br />
<strong>Barkley</strong> Lodge & Little River Lodge<br />
Constructed of Western Cedar, Douglas Fir, and three and one<br />
half acres of glass, the dimensions of the lodge offer a lake<br />
view from the private balconies of most of the 120 rooms and<br />
four suites, all newly renovated. The Little River Lodge offers<br />
ten rooms and one suite and may be rented as a whole unit.<br />
The gift shop located in the lodge lobby offers a selection of<br />
Kentucky handcrafts. Rooms available by late afternoon,<br />
check-out by noon, Central Time.<br />
Windows on the Waters Restaurant<br />
Enjoy outstanding views of the lake from the 331 seat<br />
restaurant. Country cooking with a focus on Kentucky<br />
products will make you feel right at home.<br />

Two meeting rooms in the lodge can accommodate up to<br />
150 guests. The convention center can accommodate 525<br />
guests banquet-style, and 900 guests theatre-style.<br />
Indoor Pool & Fitness Center<br />
Pamper yourself year-round at the <strong>Lake</strong> <strong>Barkley</strong> Fitness<br />
Center, equipped with an indoor wellness pool, fitness<br />
machines, aerobic classes, racquetball courts, tanning beds,<br />
sauna, whirlpool, massage therapists and more.<br />
Cottages<br />
For private accommodations, enjoy one of the nine twobedroom,<br />
two-bath cottages. For rustic charm, <strong>Lake</strong> <strong>Barkley</strong><br />
offers four two-bedroom log cabins with fireplaces. Each has<br />
unique appeal, and offers screened-in porches or decks.<br />
Tableware, cooking utensils and linens are provided with fresh<br />
linen daily. Cottages available by late afternoon, check out by 11 am.<br />
Camping<br />
Find delight in the outdoors April 1 - October 31 in the campground.<br />
The campground has 78 sites with utility hookups, a<br />
dump station, and two central service buildings with showers<br />

Boating<br />
Year-round marina offers open and covered slips, launching<br />
ramp, supplies and groceries, fuel, rental boats and jet skis.<br />
Fishing<br />
Abundance of largemouth, white and Kentucky bass,<br />
bluegill, channel catfish and crappie.<br />
Smith D. Broadbent Jr. Field Airport<br />
A 4,800 ft. paved airstrip, three miles from the lodge.<br />
100 L.L. and Jet A fuel are available. Shuttle service to and from<br />
lodge is available.<br />
Golf<br />
18-hole Boots Randolph course with pro shop, rental riding<br />
carts, pull carts and golf clubs.<br />
Swimming<br />
Pool for park guests. Public beach with volleyball court and<br />
bathhouse. Year round swimming at Fitness Center.<br />
Trap Range<br />
Supervised trapshooting is seasonal. 12-gauge shotguns<br />
