undertaking from any Holder to accept the Offer in respect of that Holder's
holdings of the Offer Shares.

The Board of Directors of EGSB has seen this Notice and has approved the issuance of this
Notice. They collectively and individually accept full responsibility for the accuracy of the
information given and confirm that, after making all reasonabl enquiries and to the best of their
knowledge and belief, there are no false or misleading statements or other material facts, the
omission of which would make any statement in this Notice false and/or misleading.
9. PUBLIC RELEASE
ln accordance with the provisions of the Code, copies of this Notice will be released to the press
and forwarded to the SC and Bursa Securities for public release.
