Macro tables:<br />
● Updated SIT with local and <strong>CICS</strong> <strong>TS</strong> <strong>2.3</strong> changes.<br />
● Reused all other <strong>CICS</strong> <strong>TS</strong> 2.2 macro table source, which<br />
includes FCT (for BDAM datasets), MCT, PLT, SRT,<br />
TCT (for sequential terminal), TLT, and XLT. No source<br />
code changes were required. Note that DCT and RCT<br />
tables were migrated to RDO for our <strong>CICS</strong> <strong>TS</strong> 2.2<br />
conversion from <strong>CICS</strong>/ESA 4.1.
