Chapter One General Provisions Definitions Electronic Transactions Law Article 1 The following words and phrases, wherever mentioned in this Law, shall have the meanings assigned to them, unless the context requires otherwise: 1- Ministry: 2- Minister: 3- Commission: 4- Governor: 5- Regulations: 6- Center: 7- Computer: Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. Any stationary or portable, wired or wireless, electronic device with a system for processing, storing, sending, receiving or browsing data, performing specific functions according to programs and given commands. 7
