panel <strong>of</strong> highly regarded experts from <strong>the</strong> fields <strong>of</strong> law, medicine, academia, and public service addressed <strong>the</strong> issue <strong>of</strong><br />
health care reform and its impact on America’s poorest communities. “There are many detractors who make claims<br />
against health care and <strong>the</strong> new laws,” said editors <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Howard</strong> <strong>Law</strong> Journal. “But with a growing number <strong>of</strong> unemployed<br />
and underemployed Americans, <strong>the</strong> issue <strong>of</strong> health care reform is particularly relevant and ripe for discussion.”<br />
The Symposium proceedings will be published in <strong>the</strong> Spring <strong>2012</strong> issue <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Howard</strong> <strong>Law</strong> Journal.<br />
