IMPORTANT: Consignments must be checked before signing delivery documentation. Once the delivery note<br />
has been signed, no allowance can be made for missing or damaged items.<br />
Prices<br />
The prices listed are ex-works Stoke-on-Trent and, for clays, include packing in 25 kg or 12.5 kg polythene sacks.<br />
VAT and Carriage are extra.<br />

Payment<br />
Cash: for collections from our showroom only – please do not send cash in the post.<br />
Cheque: Please write your account reference on the back of cheques.<br />
Debit Cards: We accept most major debit cards. For mail order, simply quote your card number over the phone or by<br />
letter, authorising us to debit your account with the value of the order. For security reasons, please do not quote your<br />
card details via email.<br />
Credit Cards: We accept most major credit cards. Please note that a surcharge may be applicable for credit card sales of<br />
kilns and machinery.<br />

Special Clay Mixtures<br />
Many clay bodies now discontinued from our normal product range can still be made to Special Order.<br />
We can also develop and produce bespoke clay bodies and packaging for individual customer requirements.<br />
Minimum orders for these are 250kg supplied in unpugged form, or 1 tonne in pugged form.<br />

Glaze Mixing and Development<br />
We can offer a specialist glaze mixing facility for individual customers’ recipes or for developing glazes to meet<br />
customer requirements. Minimum order requirement is 25kg supplied as dry powder.<br />

Consultancy Service<br />
We can provide consultancy for development of new pottery installations, and advice on choice of equipment, Health &<br />
Safety matters and environmental control relating to all aspects of Ceramics.<br />
We have a fully equipped Testing Laboratory and can undertake a variety of ceramic testing to special order.<br />

Kiln Deliveries, Installation and Commissioning<br />
Kiln deliveries undertaken on our behalf by independent carriers do not include movement of the kiln once off-loaded<br />
from the delivery vehicle at the nearest available roadside location. Further assistance is at the discretion of the<br />
individual driver.<br />
Kiln deliveries undertaken by our own transport are done on a quotation basis and prices will be determined by taking<br />
into account such factors as distance and time, together with any assistance required at the delivery site. Off-loading<br />
and moving into position is available at extra cost which will be determined after receipt of a completed questionnaire.<br />
Installation and commissioning can also be undertaken at extra cost.
