MDVA & CVSO PARTNERSHIPS In our attempt to not duplicate any service already available to a veteran, we make sure a referral is made to the CVSO (County <strong>Veterans</strong> Service Officer) in order that the veteran can be assessed <strong>for</strong> eligibility in county/state programs such as: State Soldiers Assistance Program, Special Needs, Dental and Eye Care, Education Benefits
