SENECA CASINOS - OFFICIAL RULES<br />
1. PROMOTION DETAILS – weekly and seasonal contest:<br />
a. Must be 21 years of age or older to participate.<br />
b. Must be a member of the <strong>Seneca</strong> Player’s Club. There is no fee to join<br />
the <strong>Seneca</strong> Player’s Club and no purchase is necessary to participate in<br />
this promotion.<br />
c. The promotional period for the $ 175,000 Fantasy Football Challenge<br />
begins Monday, September 2 at Noon and will run through Sunday,<br />
December 29, 2013 at 11 AM.<br />
d. The weekly “entry” period begins Monday at Noon for that week’s play<br />
and concludes on the following Sunday at 11 AM. No entries will be<br />
accepted after 11 AM on Sunday.<br />
e. All <strong>Seneca</strong> Player’s Club members will receive one (1) free attempt per<br />
promotional day, per property.<br />
f. For each week, a player’s daily entry will be scored (up to a maximum of<br />
seven entries per week), and the entry with the highest/best score will<br />
be carried over and added to the previous week’s entries to determine a<br />
player’s consolidated (season) score.<br />
g. Season prizes to be awarded solely on results of a single <strong>Seneca</strong> <strong>Casino</strong>s<br />
property Player’s Club Card. Blending of results of Player’s Club Cards<br />
from multiple properties is prohibited.<br />
i. Example: John Smith can swipe his <strong>Seneca</strong> Buffalo Creek<br />
<strong>Casino</strong> card at <strong>Seneca</strong> Buffalo Creek <strong>Casino</strong>, then travel to<br />
<strong>Seneca</strong> <strong>Niagara</strong> <strong>Casino</strong> and swipe his <strong>Seneca</strong> <strong>Niagara</strong> <strong>Casino</strong><br />
card to receive a second pick, then travel to<br />
<strong>Seneca</strong> Allegany <strong>Casino</strong> and swipe his<br />
<strong>Seneca</strong> Allegany <strong>Casino</strong> card to receive his third pick.<br />
ii. Scores from all three properties will not consolidate towards<br />
the season scores, but will be used in qualifying for each<br />
property’s weekly top scores.<br />
h. You may swipe your <strong>Seneca</strong> Player’s Club Card at the promotional kiosk<br />
in order to pick eight (8) players that play various positions to make up<br />
a fantasy football team. Every week a predetermined number of football<br />
players will be included in the draft pool. Only football players playing<br />
on Sunday and Monday are eligible for the contest. No Thursday night<br />
players will be available.<br />
i. You will be given two (2) options to select your fantasy football team players:<br />
i. Custom Team: Select one (1) quarterback, two (2) running<br />
backs, two (2) wide receivers, one (1) tight end, one (1)<br />
kicker and one (1) defenseman.<br />
ii. Quick Pick: You may select the QUICK PICK button and<br />
the eight (8) players will be randomly selected by the kiosk<br />
program.<br />
j. The players available to be selected for each position will be<br />
predetermined and will be the same for all guests.<br />
k. Once you have completed your picks, you will be prompted to submit<br />
your picks, and a ticket will be printed from the kiosk. If the ticket(s) are<br />
received after the qualifying period has occurred, the ticket(s) will be<br />
ineligible for that week’s prizes.<br />
l. Each entry is validated by a receipt. It is the responsibility of the entrant<br />
to review the correctness of and retain the receipt.<br />
m. <strong>Seneca</strong> Gaming Corporation is not responsible for any manually altered<br />
receipts.<br />
n. The Weekly Winners list will be posted on <strong>Seneca</strong><strong>Casino</strong>s.com at<br />
approximately 4 PM on the following Tuesday during the promotional<br />
period at all properties.<br />
2. CONTEST PRIZES: A total of $ 175,000 in Cash and Free Slot Play will be awarded<br />
as prizes (includes both weekly and season) during this promotion.<br />
a. Weekly winners must claim prize(s) at the specific <strong>Seneca</strong> <strong>Casino</strong><br />
property where they qualified for the top score. Season Winners can<br />
claim prize(s) at any property.<br />
b. Participants may win a maximum of one (1) prize during each week of<br />
the contest and a maximum of one (1) season prize.<br />
c. Winners will have 30 days from the date the winners list is posted to<br />
present their Player’s Club Card and valid government-issued ID to a<br />
Marketing Representative or above at the designated promotional area<br />
to claim their prize.<br />
d. Each contest winner (either weekly or seasonal) must present a form of<br />
valid photo identification to claim any contest prize or their prize may<br />
be forfeited.<br />
e. All ties split the respective prize structure. Example: if two (2) guests<br />
tie for second place, then the second and third prizes will be added<br />
together and divided by two (2) to find the prize for each of the tied<br />
winners.<br />
f. Free Slot Play valued up to $999 will be valid until 11:59 PM 30 days<br />
from end of prize claim period.<br />
g. Free Slot Play valued of $1,000 or more will be valid until 11:59 PM 60<br />
days from end of prize claim period.
