Pier One
(owned and operated by Shanghai Meng Yu Restaurant Management Co Ltd)
Shanghai’s first hospitality complex, Pier One, is located near Moganshan Lu,
Shanghai’s vibrant art colony and the city’s hippest and trendiest have been filing into
the eclectic food and entertainment hub in droves since it opened in ay 2006.
Enveloped by spectacular 360-degree views of the Suzhou River, Pier One was formerly
the Shanghai Brewery and today houses four distinctly individual venues - Mimosa
Supperclub, Mimosa Private Dining, Monsoon bar, and boutique hotel M-Suites.
Mimosa Supperclub
Forming the centrepiece at Pier One, the dramatic,
multi-level Mimosa Supperclub combines futuristic and
unpretentious modern design with Michelin-starred
chef Stefan Stiller’s progressive three-way dining
concept to provide guests with the ultimate dining
experience. The venue articulates the building’s
former heritage elegantly - six ring-shaped lights hang
from the mottled ceiling three-stories high while in front
of the furnace stands the DJ booth, encase in bright
orange class, tuning in to cool jazz diners, upbeat
weekend warriors and late night loungers. Since
opening in May 2006, Mimosa Supperclub quickly
became the talk of the town with three-monthly menu
changes keep the faithful coming back for more.
Mimosa Private Dining
A private space adjacent to
the main mimosa dining
room. The room is perfect
for private dining, and
events for groups ranging
from 20-200.
